  1. Agreement
Your use of this website signifies that you agree to be bound by the company’s terms and conditions.

  2. Amendments
The company reserves the right to alter and/or amend these terms and conditions, without notice, as and when we see fit. Since continued use of the website constitutes agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, it is the user’s responsibility to read the terms and conditions and stay informed of the latest updates at all times. The company reserves the right to terminate the website at any time and without prior notice to users. 3. Purchases
Any user who places an order through this website shall be deemed to have committed to that purchase, and will provide full payment for the goods in question. This commitment shall be acknowledged by an order confirmation email from the company. No order will be dispatched until payment has been made in full. Payment will be made through the company’s chosen payment service and the transaction will be listed as Thermuparts on the customer’s bank statement.

If we discover an error or a problem with the goods you have purchased (including, but not limited to, inaccurate pricing and insufficient stock), we will endeavour to inform you of the issue as soon as possible via email. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the cost in full.

Customer details will be encrypted for the duration of the purchasing process. This helps to protect these sensitive details and ensure a secure buying process. Your debit/credit card provider may enforce additional security checks to further protect your details. All purchases made through the website are non-transferable. If your debit/credit card is declined while attempting to make a payment, contact your bank or debit/credit card provider.

By making a purchase through this website, you agree that said purchase shall be strictly for your own private use.

  4. Delivery
The company will dispatch orders to any location within the UK or Ireland (we do not accept orders from any other country). However, all orders are subject to delivery charges, the exact sum of which shall vary by region. We will notify you of the relevant delivery cost via our website before your purchase is confirmed. No goods shall be dispatched until all delivery charges have been paid in full. For further details and a list of prices, please refer to the Thermuparts Delivery page.

We use a third party courier for all deliveries, and as such, any delivery will be subject to the courier’s own terms and conditions. Thermuparts shall not be held responsible for any delays or failings on the part of the courier. Deliveries will often require a signature from the recipient, so please ensure that someone will be available to provide a signature at your specified delivery address.

  5. Returns
A customer has 14 calendar days in which to return an item to Thermuparts this 14 day period commences on the day that the item was delivered. In order for an item to be returned, customers must access their account via the Thermuparts website in order to obtain an authorisation number. For further information, please refer to the company’s full Returns Policy.

Providing the item was ordered from stock, has not been installed or used, and is in in the original condition that it was delivered, Thermuparts will issue the customer with an authorisation number and instructions as to how they can send their item back to Thermuparts. It is important that these instructions are carefully followed.

On receipt of the returned item (providing it is returned in its original state), Thermuparts will reimburse the customer with the full price of the item within 14 calendar days (via the credit card, debit card or Paypal account that was originally used). Unless the company is found to be at fault, delivery charges are non-refundable as these are separate handling charges.

Please note if an item is returned to Thermuparts after 14 calendar days (and before 30 calendar days), it will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Special order items (i.e. parts not ordered from stock) are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the company is found to be at fault. For further information, please refer to the company’s Returns Policy.

  6. Cancellations
Once a customer orders an item, their purchase can be cancelled at any time before the order is dispatched. Cancellations can be made via the Thermuparts website, or by contacting the organisation via email or telephone. If the cancellation is successful, the customer will receive a full refund within 14 calendar days. The cancellation policy only applies to goods ordered from stock; special orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance. If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, they should refer to section 5, ‘Returns’.

  7. Faulty Goods If a customer receives an item that is faulty, they must contact Thermuparts via their website or by contacting the organisation via email or telephone within 14 calendar days of delivery. In the first instance, Thermuparts will attempt to replace the item with a like-for-like replacement. If a like-for-like replacement cannot be identified, Thermuparts will issue the customer with an authorisation number and instructions regarding how to return their item. Thermuparts will reimburse the customer with the full price of the item within 14 days. The customer is not accountable for collection or delivery services at this stage.
